I love arranging flowers. I get inspired by what I can put together using whatever blooms are looking fresh that week at the store. I typically keep a small arrangement on my kitchen table, but was recently able to work on a larger scale. Our church asked for helpers and one of the options listed was joining the Flower Guild! Jen Fulwiler's book, Your Blue Flame, generally describes a blue flame as an activity that brings you joy and which blesses other people. I sure do hope that people are blessed by the arrangements I put together for mass each week that it's my turn. I certainly love doing it and hope to record them here so I can look back on them.
